SUSHI AJI

SUSHI AJI is a small Japanese Restaurant located on Kingsway Vancouver. 2018.07.06. after my boyfriend and I moved back to Vancouver, we had a small dinner at Sushi Aji. We ordered BC BLAZER (Kappa, Avocado, Crab Meat, topped with seared salmon, and bonito flake), SPICY SALMON, and TAKOYAKI to share. The BC Blazer was very tasty and delicious. The slices of Seared Salmon on the top of the sushi rolls were very fresh. The spicy salmon was OK. It was not in very large portion and the spicy sauces was tasted weird. Comparing it with the spicy salmon dish from Sushi King George or Sushi California, I preferred to order it from both Sushi King George and Sushi California. Takoyaki was my boyfriend and my favorite dish at Sushi Aji. It was very fresh, homemade and well cooked. It was very great. We should definitely order more Takoyaki from Sushi Aji. The price of food was not very expensive. All three dishes plus a bottle of beer cost us around $30, which was not bad. In summary, we had a good experience dining out at Sushi Aji.
